I screwed some hooks into the back of the house and put some metal poles at the other side with guide ropes it was an excellent shelter thanks to the large size of it and we all kept dry in heavy rain. I purchased this item to store a large sofa externally over Christmas, its lightweight and has ringlets around the sides so you can tie it down or around whatever you are covering. I wouldnt use this item if I was to cover anything with sharp edges or points as I think it would tear if wrapped around them and tightened. I would use a thicker tarpaulin for anything with sharp edges. Otherwise if you are just covering something with smooth edges I would recommend this product. Date published 2.
